1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Auxo (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. Auxo is operated as a solo-founder brand product. These terms govern your use of our AI-powered YouTube growth platform available at our website.

2. Description of Service

Auxo is an AI-powered growth intelligence platform for YouTube creators. It connects to your YouTube channel via Google OAuth (read-only access), analyses your real Studio analytics, and provides AI-generated insights, content ideas, title optimisation, and growth roadmaps. We never post, modify, or delete any content on your YouTube channel.

3. Account Registration

To use Auxo, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use this Service.

4. Subscription Plans & Payments

Auxo offers a free tier (limited to 3 lifetime AI requests) and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed through Paddle, our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record. All prices are displayed in USD.

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout.
  • Payments are processed securely by Paddle. We do not store your payment details.
  • Prices may change with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers will be notified by email before any price change takes effect.
  • Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. Any billing queries should be directed to Paddle support or to us at the contact address below.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy our AI models or proprietary systems.
  • Share account credentials or resell access to the Service without authorisation.
  • Misuse or abuse the YouTube OAuth integration in violation of Google's Terms of Service.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service (excluding your channel data) are the exclusive property of Auxo. You retain ownership of your YouTube channel data. AI-generated outputs (insights, ideas, titles, roadmaps) are provided to you for personal or business use — you may use them freely.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. AI-generated insights are for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional business or marketing advice. We do not guarantee specific growth outcomes for your YouTube channel.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Auxo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may cancel your subscription and delete your account at any time from the billing settings. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by displaying a notice in the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first; if unresolved, through binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction.
