Refund Policy

Overview

We want you to be completely satisfied with Auxo. This policy explains when and how we issue refunds for paid subscriptions. All payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record.

How Refunds Work

If you experience a verified issue with the Auxo Service that prevents you from using it — such as a platform outage, a billing error, or a technical fault on our end — you may be eligible for a pro-rated refund for the unused portion of your current billing period.

Example: If your monthly subscription costs ₹500 and you used the service for 10 days before encountering an issue that made it unusable for the remaining 20 days, we will refund the proportional value of those 20 unused days — not the full amount. Days already used and features already consumed are not refundable.

To request a refund, email support@auxo.app with the subject line “Refund Request”, your account email, and a brief description of the issue. We will review your request and respond within 3 business days.

Renewals

Subscription renewals are non-refundable unless a verified service issue occurs after the renewal date. If you wish to avoid being charged for a renewal, cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before your renewal date via Dashboard → Billing.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from Dashboard → Billing. Cancellation stops future charges immediately. You will continue to have access to your paid plan features until the end of your current billing period.

When Refunds Are Not Issued

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Days or features already used during the billing period.
  • Change of mind or unused subscriptions where the service was fully available.
  • Renewal charges where cancellation was not made before the renewal date.
  • Accounts found to have violated our Terms & Conditions.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed by Paddle and typically appear in your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
